Creation of a 1: 4 scale model of the supercar PureH by Schmidli .
To create the model we have used a good part of the technologies we have available.
Cad breakdown, merging and sectioning of files; body and interior in plastic using SLS sintering, with fiberglass and metal structural reinforcements;
transparent parts in SLA stereolithography; Swivel wheels with soft rubber tires from silicone molds; rims, brake discs, grilles and all parts in high detail in high resolution 3d printing; sample painting with transparent protective.

All the parts have been taken up by expert model makers who have proceeded to assemble, adapt and modify them during construction to meet the customer’s design needs.
